Project Oligo is a free, open-source software that can be utilized to design PCR primers for Assembly PCR. Project Oligo provides an online interface to common lab tools required in life sciences lab. The primary focus of Project_Oligo is to provide a platform on which researchers can carry out in silico PCR and design primers required for gene synthesis using the technique of Assembly PCR.
