Hi, I'm a Rust and Fortran programmer mostly interested in developing software for linguistics and biological sciences,
and also working on (largely closed-source) artificial intelligence.
I'm particularly fond of mid-level programming languages and Unix-like operating systems.
My most important open-source project is lngcnv (a linguistic tool).

coprosize – coprolite research (paleontology and archaeology): estimate the producer's body mass based on coprolite diameter by the use of regression models
nucleob – bioinformatics: nucleobases and amino acids statistics
