Features:

  1. testscripts command now uses feature maps instead of PICS, and recursively checks struct constraints
  2. Feature conformances now require case-sensitive matching, to avoid collisions with attributes with the same name as the feature code

Fixes:

  1. Redundant min/max values in ZAP XML were not handled correctly for attributes
  2. If a cluster requirement was changed to be mandatory, the relevant "client" and "server" attributes were not updated
  3. Conformances on features were not resolving identifiers
