Version 1.2.0: Punctuality and option to mute when in Do Not Disturb mode
Changes:
- Use a new Android API call to vibrate more exactly on newer Android versions
- Add a new option to disable all vibrations if the Android Do Not Disturb mode is enabled. This option is only visible on Android 6.0+ devices, since that is when the Do Not Disturb mode was officially introduced.

This release adds a special vibration pattern for hours, so that Chibe not only tells you that time has passed, but also what time it is.
