discovering this option came when I realized we were publishing protocol-raw to snapi during migration and wanted to switch to protocol-raw registry. So even if each package needs to be associated to its repo, the resolver in sbt can be referenced with /_ suffix. Then we can have this generic resolver everywhere for our packages published on maven GHR
