discovering this option came when I realized we were publishing
protocol-rawtosnapiduring migration and wanted to switch toprotocol-rawregistry. So even if each package needs to be associated to its repo, the resolver in sbt can be referenced with/_suffix. Then we can have this generic resolver everywhere for our packages published on maven GHR
