To note, we can postpone merging this one until after #3562 I expect. I've tested this on semaphoreCI, and all tests passed there. |

Update the QEMU pull tag to v2.8.0. Disabling of VHDX is deprecated on the command line, so remove it from our option list. Signed-off-by: Graham Whaley <graham.whaley@intel.com>
