This Ansible playbook builds out a general Navigation chart plotter system on a target Arch Linux host.
- A general minimal Arch Linux install target device, preferably a tablet or laptop with on-board GPS
- A root user, you will normally be required to create a root user during the original install
Managing any local GPS’s for plotting and potentially NTP time syncing use. For time syncing a GPS supporting PPS is needed.
Time server potentially wired to GPS if GPS supports PPS
Add any new target hosts to the inventory. Use make to select a host or hosts from the inventory and provision it:
make deploy LIMIT=stolen
