Useful ImageJ/Fiji macro for quick analysis on ScanImage Tif file
- Fiji (works with 1.51+)
- TurboReg (optional)
- AvgTurboReg: Read most recent tif file from your saving location and apply averaging and/or motion correction. Only support single plane tif file for now. TurboReg is not implemented yet! (too slow for quick check)
- Launch Fiji
- Open macro
.ijmfile and change user-definned variable. - Run/Install macro
