In new Tempo API (v4), issueId is needed when adding a worklog. To fetch issue id by issue key we use separate Atlassian API. This is breaking change and requires running command again

This PR introduces new version of the tool with the support of new API. As this is very breaking change - this is version 2.0.0.
Tempo API v3 was disabled, and v4 requires
issueIdinstead ofissueKeywhen adding a workflog. To fetchissueIdbased onissueKeywe require additional request to Atlassian API. See more here: #66After installing this version, reconfiguration is needed so you need to call
tempo setup. Now you need to also provide your Atlassian user email and Atlassian token.
