VRPH is an open-source library of heuristics for generating solutions to Vehicle Routing Problems (VRPs).
The main branch is a copy of https://github.com/skinkie/VRPH which is a a fork of a fork of [COIN's VRPH] (https://projects.coin-or.org/VRPH), with a number of bugs fixed, features added, and code and usability improvements.
Subsequent branches will include contributed fixes and improvements.
