Local host AI which is able to understand the your system
You have to install the python 3.7.1 from https://www.python.org/downloads/ install the required Package with simple cmd pip install (package name)
if the package is not avilable goto https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/
download the package and install it with cmd pip install (past the package path)
