What is the average now?

Average response time is just above 30s, currently we have a 1500ms threshold.

For Solana with singature check it should be ~10s.
On Ethereum, we are not waiting for signatures because of the long finality time. As a result - it should be fast.
If it is not - let's fix it, not increase time here.

1500 is not realistic, but 5000 (5s) should be our target.
