Back-End

$ cd rdm-web/
$ mvn clean install -U
$ cd rdm-web/target 
$ java -jar rdm-web-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar

Front-End

$ cd rdm-web/web
$ npm install
$ npm start         # visit http://localhost:8000
