Hi @Shiva953. Thank you for your submission. Please adhere to the rest of the application and use Rust.
You should be able to t 8000 est that this all works properly yourself using dialect's dev tool: https://dial.to/developer?cluster=devnet

This PR adds the relevant action for the
transferTransactionRPC Method as an API Endpoint included in the RPC Create, along with the actions.json file.
