The PR updates the minimum version of asdf-astropy to 0.6.0. Version 0.5.0 when installed with newer versions of asdf-standard can result in errors when opening files created with the newest asdf-astropy and asdf-standard (put another way 0.5.0 has an issue with forward compatibility).
As regtests only test the newest versions I didn't start a run with this PR.
