Replace documentation reference to outdated test environment py27-nonhdfs with py27-core.

Description

Documentation changes only.

Motivation and Context

Current docs are invalid.

Have you tested this? If so, how?

Not sure why github reports many commits. Only the last one is reflected in the diff.

I guess I could remove my fork and start over. I am lost with git. https://xkcd.com/1597/ Apologies for the extra noise. :-/

Thanks for this! Obviously, I forgot to update these docs when i updated the test suite awhile back!
