New features

2FA

  • Viber is added to the product. Customers can now use Viber as a delivery channel for their One Time Passwords (OTPs)
  • Callback configuration is added. Customers can setup an end point for receiving status events from the 2FA service

Conversations API

  • Interactive flows are added to the product
    for giving customers the possibility to develop and deliver interactive experiences, to enable a variety of interactions, to engage and monetizatize opportunities to the business. With this feature implemented, business can send flow message as template, as well as interactive message.
