Convenience APIs:

  • sleap.use_cpu_only(): hide GPUs from TensorFlow
  • sleap.disable_preallocation(): prevent TensorFlow from allocating entire GPU memory (crashes on some *nix systems)
  • sleap.system_summary(): prints info on the GPUs available, if any
