Description

When generating training jobs, we will now produce a jobs.yaml file with a description of steps required -- in addition to the SLP and script files.

We also removed appending video paths to the CLI when training -- this is handled natively in the path resolution (if not, new bugs should expose what's missing). This can also result in failure to train when using projects with many video files since it'll go over the max character limit for a shell command.
