Explained in title.

@vprajapati-tt Can you comment on moving the Project Arch (high-level summary) before Quick Start? Seems more intuitive so the user can understand what the tool is before proceeding.

Also the TT-Explorer page launched by tt-explorer says the following:

Supported model formats: TF (.pb, .pbtxt, .graphdef), TFLite (.tflite), TFJS (.json), JAX (.pb), PyTorch ExportedProgram (.pt2), MLIR (.mlir, .mlirbc).

But it sounds like we can support .ttnn files as well?

I tried to update this inline on the Github .md file instead of cloning a new branch locally. Looks like pre-commit fails. Oh well.

Hey @anuragsingh-tt, yeah we take that homepage from the ModelExplorer frontend it self, we should definitely modify it to reflect the state of what we support and such (as well as linking to the tt-explorer codebase instead of the model-explorer repo). @madcampos this is probably a FE change, I've filed an issue here: tenstorrent/model-explorer#55

Regarding the reorganization of the docs, that makes sense I'll reformat the docs on this PR if that works with you.
