We add our work of ICASSP 2025 named PPDformer.
PPDformer is a Transformer-based model for multivariate time series forecasting, featuring channel-independent denoising, period clustering-based patch division, and a dual attention mechanism to capture periodic patterns and reduce noise. It achieves state-of-the-art performance, outperforming PatchTST and iTransformer on datasets with strong periodicity. We have modified model/PPDformer according to the repository’s standards for seamless integration.
