Fixes some bugs from spc_pack 0.4:

  • some ID666 tags were incorrectly detected as BINARY instead of TEXT
  • uninitialized memory resulted in some .sp2 file corruption

I ran this new build on both a Windows machine and a Linux machine, and was able to produce matching deterministic .sp2 files from over 1600 spc source directories (over 36000 spc files), with both -O0 and -O3 compiler optimization. This was not possible with spc_pack 0.4.
