[HUGE UPDATE]

[+] Refactor codes and move files of packet flags (now I call it packet types).
[+] Fix the bug that occurred when saving removed equip cash items.
[+] Expire cash item functionalities now work.
[+] Redo some codes between WvsShop and WvsCenter, and WvsShop now shares some protocols with WvsGame.
[+] GivePopularity now works as official-like.
[+] Remove some unnecessary codes.

Fix SkillInfo that sometimes crashed under concurrent execution.

Make a little change to lua script system so that it resembles to a normal C++ lang. (The quick review would be posted on hackmd very soon).
