This commit updates the `populateAndRenderValues` and `GenerateGenesisFile` functions to incorporate the `NodeKeys` field, allowing for dynamic handling of node key types during the configuration process. Additionally, it modifies the `ObservableStructure` to include a unique policy prefix for better resource management. These changes improve the flexibility and robustness of the node configuration and genesis file generation.
