This PR removes the deprecated
gym==0.21dependency of EPyMARL and replaces it with the maintainedgymnasiumlibrary. Together with this update, several environment libraries have been updated togymnasiumwhich were and remain supported in EPyMARL, including:Furthermore, integration of PettingZoo environments, SMAC and SMACv2 have been updated and improved.
