Also updates to Vaadin 25.0 and Quarkus 3.24 to align with Vaadin Quarkus 3.0

Requires a Vaadin Platform snapshot with aligned with the latest Flow removals. Platform build is currently failing because of compilation errors (see vaadin/platform#7750) |
