Getting closer to full release!

- fixed About menu crashing when launched as a flatpak. wow. Just, wow.
- introduced a bootstrap.sh script for the flatpak auto-build
- de-cluttering of some redundant files has been done

Important Note
This is an initial flatpak build of the V Notes app. By default it only has access to your Documents folder, and Nextcloud/Notes folder if you have Nextcloud desktop client syncing to ~/Nextcloud. If you want to grant it access to other directories, please use an app like Flatseal.
Installation
To install, download and open .flatpak file in your software manager (for e.g. Gnome Software), or use the terminal:
flatpak install vnotes.flatpak
