Development Environment: Python 3.9.13
No requirements. Based on Python Standard Library

Description:
Directory synchronisation program
Creates a perfect copy of the source folder at the location specified by the replica directory path. 
It will consider files and folders. Extension required for special files(e.g. FIFO)

Command line arguments are required in the following order: 
- source directory path  
- replica directory path
- synchronisation period (seconds)
- log output file path
