Installation and Setup

Prerequisites

Ensure you have the following installed:

  • MongoDB (local or cloud instance)

Steps

  1. Clone the Repository:

    git clone https://github.com/yourusername/ecommerce-foodshop.git
    cd ecommerce-foodshop
  2. Install Dependencies: Navigate to the root directory and install server-side dependencies:

cd backend npm install

  1. Then navigate to the frontend directory and install client-side dependencies:

bash Copy Edit cd ../frontend npm install Configure Environment Variables: Create a .env file in the backend directory with the following keys:
