Probably related to:

  1. Not installing all the dependencies from dependencies.json if also reading dependencies from channel.json #1301 If a dependency fail running, the subsequent dependencies are not installed by Package Control

Fixed the ChannelManager dependencies not being installed by

package control. Issue:
If a dependency has a dependency, its dependencies are not installed

Just FYI, this was never a feature (and is unrelated to any other issue on this repo).

Removed the ChannelManager dependencies from dependencies.json due
