Documentation: Reorganize Sidebars #7113

In this PR

I removed extra hierarchies in the documentation. It will improve the user experience.
Also categorized the ZIO section. (In the future I will split the ZIO page in subsections)
By default, some sections have been extended to encourage users to read them first.
Renamed the "references" to the "reference" section.
