The
ChannelFailurethat contains the suppressed failure of the upstream can occasionally be exposed to a pipeline, for example if the stream is converted to an input stream and the pipeline attempts to read from it. We should improve the error reporting ofChannelFailureso it shows the underlying cause of failure in these cases.
