Pip is now a dependency (instead of the classical setup install), and neper should be available on all platforms cadquery is actually now well package (=merge is not usefull)
libcxx is a requirement
Added a neper recipe that follows the same occt version as cadquery
Replace cadquery-ocp with cadquery (seems to be the latest updated version of cadquery on pypi)
