Nicole kidman gives a dazzling, intoxicatingly shattered performance as a middle aged woman living out her secret fantasies of being psycho sexually dominated by a younger man. The film is well shot, the backdrop of Christmas- a symbol of change and family- cheeky and present throughout. Antonio banderas makes for a great theatre husband to Kidman’s high powered ai tech ceo.
