Slowing Planetary Acquisitions
Recently delivery speeds in MekHQ for non-Planetary Acquisitions were brought in line with CO 51's latest times. This made PA much quicker. This optionally makes PA slower to be vaguely in line with non-PA times.
The option is under Logistics -> Supplies and Acquisition -> Acquisitions & Deliveries -> Delivery Scale. It defaults to "Months" on the Complete Preset, which brings it roughly in line with CO. Days is how it works before this change. Weeks is in between.
