Welcome to the microbiome project wiki!

Overview

Here you will find R packages dedicated to the analysis of microbiota profiling data, in particular regarding HITChip, PITChip and MITChip platforms. You can also join the microbiome-devel@googlegroups.com email list. A typical workflow is as follows:

  1. Install the package
  2. Update the pack 10000 age
  3. Extract data from the MySQL database
  4. Read preprocessed data
  5. Analyse the data
