VCFRONT_vehiclePowerState:

  • Upon opening door -> VEHICLE_POWER_STATE_ACCESSORY=2
  • Upon sitting in seat and closing door -> no change
  • Upon depressing brake pedal -> VEHICLE_POWER_STATE_DRIVE=3
  • Upon going into park (after driving) -> no change
  • Upon getting out of seat with door open -> VEHICLE_POWER_STATE_CONDITIONING=1

I assume after a few minutes it goes into VEHICLE_POWER_STATE_OFF=0
