Thanks for shopping at Apple. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products at the Apple Online Store (we’ll refer to this as the “Apple Store” in this policy).

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the Apple Store. By placing an order or making a purchase at an Apple Store, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with Apple’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Standard Return Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Apple Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

To return an undamaged product purchased at the Apple Store, please contact us at 8000 444 0396 between 10:00 and 19:00 Sunday to Thursday within 14 days from the date you receive the product. Once we receive your returned product, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note the following:

Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
The following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Software-Up-To-Date program, Apple Gift Cards, and any Apple Developer products.
Apple provides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If you do not disable these features prior to returning your device, Apple may refuse the return or exchange.
Opened software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging. As an exception, you may return Apple-branded software if you do not agree to the licensing terms; however, you may not retain or otherwise use any copies of returned software.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

Apple reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Apple Store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Apple. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you. Additional information about pricing and taxes is available in the Payment & Pricing section of the Help page located at http://www.apple.com/ae/shop/help/payments.

In addition to your right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason as explained above, should Apple reduce its price on any Apple-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact the Apple Store toll free at 8000 444 0396 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit, you must contact Apple within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.

Order, Order Acknowledgement, and Order Acceptance

To place an order for products or services at the Apple Store, you can visit the store website at http://www.apple.com/ae or use the Apple Store mobile app, and then simply add the products you want to your shopping bag, check out (using your chosen payment method) with your Apple ID or as a guest customer, and have your items shipped to you or to a person designated by you. Alternatively, you can call the Apple Store toll free at 8000 444 0396 between 10:00-19:00 Sunday to Thursday and an Apple Specialist will assist you through the entire order process, from product selection to payment method. Whichever way you choose to order, you will be given an opportunity to review your order prior to submitting it. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a web order number.

Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email you an order confirmation. As with the web order number, the order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will send you an email stating that we have accepted your order, which will include the shipment details (the “Shipment Notification Email”). The decision to accept your order is at our sole discretion. Because we want to make sure that we have your product available, we won’t accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipping. In most cases, this will be within twenty-four hours for items that are in stock. For items that are not in stock, you will receive the Order Acceptance Email when the item becomes available and has been prepared for shipping, which in no event will be later than the “ships” timeframe presented to you at checkout. Once we have sent and you have received the Order Acceptance Email, Apple will have formed a contract with you (we will include the key terms of the contract in this acceptance email).

Shipping & Delivery

Please review the http://www.apple.com/ae/shop/help/shipping_delivery page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the Apple Store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Apple’s control once it leaves our facilities, Apple cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As Apple takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the Apple Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact Apple to resolve.

The Apple Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at the Apple Store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so.

Apple One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Apple provides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new Apple-branded product. The applicable warranty terms and conditions can be reviewed at https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty and are also contained in your Apple hardware box. The Apple One-Year Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Apple branded, even if packaged or sold with Apple products. Non-Apple-branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer’s warranty provided by the product manufacturer—please see your product box and literature for details.

The Apple Store accepts orders from billing addresses within the UAE. Apple will not ship products purchased at the Apple Store to an address outside of the UAE. Payments

If you are paying by credit card, when you submit your order, we may block up to the total amount of the order on your credit card. If we do not receive authorization from your credit card issuer, we will inform you so that you can provide us with another payment method. Your credit card will be charged once we accept your order.

We reserve the right to verify the identity of the card holder. To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will validate the name, address, and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against information held by the card issuer and integrator. لإعادة منتج غير تالف تم شراؤه من Apple Store، يرجى الاتصال بنا على 8000 444 0396 بين 10:00 ص و07:00 م من الأحد إلى الخميس في غضون 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام المنتج. وبمجرد استلامنا لمنتجك المعاد، سنبدله لك أو نعرض عليك استرداد سعره بناءً على طريقة الدفع الأصلية التي استخدمتها. يرجى ملاحظة ما يلي:

لا يمكن إعادة المنتجات إلا في البلد التي تم شراؤها منه.
المنتجات التالية لا تستوفي شروط الإعادة: تنزيلات البرامج الإلكترونية، والاشتراكات في برنامج Software-Up-To-Date، وبطاقات الهدايا من Apple، وأي منتج من منتجات Apple Developer.
تقدم Apple ميزات أمان لتُمكِّنك من حماية منتجك في حالة فقدانه أو سرقته. إذا لم تعطل هذه الميزات قبل إعادة جهازك، قد ترفض Apple إعادة الجهاز أو تبديله.

التسعير وتخفيض/تصحيح الأسعار

علاوة على حقك في إلغاء الطلب أو إعادة المنتج أو إلغاء عقد الخدمة لأي سبب على النحو المبين سلفاً، فإذا خفّضت Apple سعر أيٍ من المنتجات التي تحمل علامتها التجارية خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلامك للمنتج، فلا تتردد في التواصل مع متجر Apple Store من خلال الهاتف المجاني 8000 444 0396 لطلب استرداد مبلغ أو رصيد يساوي الفرق بين السعر الذي دفعته وسعر البيع الحالي. لاسترداد المبلغ أو الحصول على رصيد، عليك التواصل مع Apple في غضون 14 يوماً من تاريخ تعديل السعر. يرجى ملاحظة أن هذا لا يشمل تخفيضات الأسعار لفترة محدودة مثل التخفيضات التي تحدث أثناء مناسبات البيع الخاصة.

يخضع هذا العقد لقوانين مراقبة الصادرات السارية. لا يجوز تصدير أي منتج تم شراؤه من Apple Store إلى بلد آخر أو منطقة أخرى إذا كانت قوانين مراقبة الصادرات تحظر ذلك. إذا كنت تخطط لتصدير أحد منتجات Apple إلى بلد آخر أو منطقة أخرى، عليك الحصول على كافة تراخيص التصدير اللازمة قانوناً (أو غيرها من الموافقات الحكومية) قبل أن تفعل ذلك.

توفر المنتجات وقيودها

ونظراً للشعبية التي تحظى بها منتجاتنا و/أو قيود التوريد على بعض المنتجات، قد تُضطر Apple للحد من عدد المنتجات المتاحة للشراء. ولكننا بلا شك نحرص على إنتاجها في أسرع وقت ممكن. تحتفظ Apple بالحق في تغيير الكميات المتاحة للشراء في أي وقت، حتى بعد طلبك لأحد المنتجات، شريطة ألا تكون Apple قد قبلت طلبك بعد.

المدفوعات

إذا كنت تدفع ببطاقة ائتمانية، فعندما ترسل طلبك، قد نحجز إجمالي المبلغ المستحق للطلب على بطاقتك الائتمانية. وإذا لم نحصل على إذن من الجهة المصدرة لبطاقتك الائتمانية، سنبلغك بذلك حتى توفر لنا طريقة دفع أخرى. وسيتم خصم المبلغ من بطاقتك الائتمانية بمجرد قبولنا لطلبك.

نحتفظ بحق التحقق من هوية حامل البطاقة. لضمان عدم استخدام البطاقة الائتمانية أو بطاقة السحب الخاصة بك من دون إذنك، فسنتحقق من الاسم والعنوان والمعلومات الشخصية الأخرى التي تقدمها أثناء إجراءات الطلب ونقارنها بالمعلومات لدى الجهة المصدرة للبطاقة والجهة المسؤولة عن تكاملها. بقبولك هذه الأحكام والشروط فإنك توافق على إجراء هذه الفحوصات.
