It's fixed and working on my end. Tracking gif is no longer a Base64 image (below is c/p from test email source) Seems to be working as intended (edited - masking our actual domain name from post) |

Tests are made with mockup HTTP queries using the `request()` method of a symfony's `KernelBrowser` object whose implementation is delegated to Mautic's `AppKernel`. Skip embeddding tracking pixel.
Steps to test this PR:
7.1 Open the source of email, count images in sent template should be equal images embedded (at the bottom of source email you'll have embedded images)
7.2 Send an email to the real mailbox and see that there are no empty images attached.
