I have tested the PR with date, boolean and lookup fields which all seem to be working now. This will require code review to determine which is the most appropriate fix for the issue, and will need rebasing on the 4.4 branch if we are to accept in the next release. Looks like we may also need some code coverage improvement but that will be clarified when it is rebased.

The expected behaviour is for an email that would be sent by Mautic it should appear to be sent by the `owner` of the contact who is the recipient, i.e. for every sent email with the `useOwnerAsMailer` option enabled, the sender's name and sender's email should belong to the `owner'. This is a small bug where the owner is not provided in the contact information passed to the mail sender.
